Hands up, anyone who would like more hassle-free return policies in the world.

Wow. Look at all those hands!

Here at Midwest Best Equipment, we know sometimes things just don’t go the way you thought they would. If you bought something from us and it’s the wrong type, size, smell, or whatever, give us a call and we’ll see what we can work out.

Unfortunately, at this time in our company’s growth, we can’t afford to pay for the return shipping (unless, of course, the reason for the return is our fault), but we hope to be able to offer our customers this luxury in the future.

At the end of the day, we like phone calls, because it gives us a chance to talk with our customers and clients. Ever called a company and been on hold for ages because you hit the “Returns” option? Ever feel like if you hit the “Sales” option, you’d have been on the phone with a real person five minutes ago? That won’t happen when you call us.
